Our ECD Centres
Community-owned learning hubs.
We build, equip and sustain early learning spaces across rural and urban Uganda — designed to be operated and stewarded by the communities they serve.
Establishment Steps
Our three-stage build model.
01
Community Mobilisation
We partner with local leaders to secure land and organise community labour. Using local materials, we construct safe, durable classrooms that the community fully owns and maintains.
02
Pedagogical Infrastructure
Each centre receives offline digital tablets, interactive play structures and curated curriculum guides. Classrooms are fully equipped without requiring internet connectivity.
03
Operational Handover
We train local educators, parents and youth in early childhood pedagogy. This comprehensive training ensures long-term operational sustainability and local leadership.
Built to belong.
Each centre is designed with local materials, climate, and community rhythms in mind — from open airflow to shaded play areas. When the community owns the space, the learning lasts.
